Dino Dax knows your house

Most AI chatbots know about houses in general. Dax answers with what you’ve saved: where your shutoff is, what size your filter is, how old your water heater is. When you need hands-on help in Washington or Iron County, Dax sends you to the local pros at Dino.

Dino Dax is an AI assistant, not a human or a licensed plumber/HVAC technician. AI can make mistakes. For gas smells, carbon monoxide alarms or flooding, leave the home and call 911 or your utility, or call Dino 24/7 at 435-236-4568.

Is the My Dino Home app really free?

Yes. Anyone can create a free account. You don’t need to be a Dino customer or a Dino Den member.

Do I need to download it from the App Store?

No. Open dinoservicepros.com/my-dino-home on your phone. On iPhone, tap Share then “Add to Home Screen.” On Android, tap “Add the Dino app.” It opens like a regular app.

What is Dino Dax?

Dino Dax is an AI assistant, not a person or a licensed technician. It gives general home-care information and safety steps, and points you to a licensed pro when you need one. For emergencies, call 911 or Dino 24/7 at 435-236-4568.

Who can see my home information?

Only you and authorized Dino Plumbing & Service Pros staff. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What do Dino Den members get in the app?

Members see their benefits, member pricing and referral link, and get up to 100 Dino Dax questions a day (30 on free accounts).
