These terms apply to your use of dinoservicepros.com, operated by Midab, LLC, doing business as Dino Plumbing & Service Pros ("Dino," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Work we perform for you is governed by the written estimate, invoice or agreement for that job; if those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control.

Licensing

Dino is a licensed Utah contractor, license #13494164-5501, issued by the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL). You can confirm the license with DOPL's license lookup.

Service area and requests

We provide mobile plumbing and HVAC service in Washington County and Cedar City, Utah. Submitting a request on this site does not create an appointment or contract until we confirm it with you. We may decline work outside our service area or beyond the scope of our license.

Who may use the site

You must be 18 or older to use this site or request service. Service requests should come from the property owner or someone authorized to act for the owner.

Scheduling and cancellations

An online request is not an appointment until we confirm a date and time with you. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. The written estimate, invoice or service agreement for your job controls the scope of work, price and any cancellation or trip charges.

Payments and financing

Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers on this website. Financing, where offered, is provided by a third-party lender under its own application, approval and terms; Dino does not make credit decisions.

Pricing, estimates and offers

Prices, promotions and specials shown on this site are subject to change and to the terms stated with each offer. Your price for a job is the one on your written estimate or invoice. Offers cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, are limited to one per household unless stated, and may end early or change without notice.

Referral reward

When someone you refer is a new Dino customer, joins Dino Den, and completes more than $2,500 in paid service work (membership fees do not count toward the $2,500), you receive a $100 Visa or Mastercard gift card. We send the card after the work is paid in full. One reward per referred household. Self-referrals and current customers do not qualify. Dino may change or end this program at any time.

Emails and texts

We send marketing emails and texts only to people who have agreed to receive them. Text consent is optional and is never a condition of buying or booking service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any email. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Warranties

Our 18-month parts and labor warranty applies to qualifying work we perform; no membership is required. Coverage, exclusions and how to make a claim are stated on your invoice or warranty documents. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer. Nothing on this site limits any warranty or right you have under Utah or federal law.

Dino Den Home Care membership

Membership pricing, term, renewal, benefits and cancellation terms are stated in the written membership agreement you receive before you enroll. Please read it before signing up.

Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and ratings on this site come from real customers on public review platforms. We do not pay for, write or selectively remove reviews. Individual results vary.

Website content

Text, photos, logos, the Dino character and other content on this site belong to Dino or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

Articles and tips on this site are general information, not a substitute for an in-person inspection. Gas, electrical and major plumbing work should be done by a licensed professional.

Acceptable use

Please use the site, forms and Dino Dax lawfully and honestly. Do not scrape or copy the site by automated means, try to break into or disrupt it, submit false or harassing information, or use it to harm others. We may limit access if you do.

Feedback and submissions

If you send us ideas or suggestions about our services or site, we may use them without payment or credit to you. This does not apply to your personal information or the photos covered under the user content section below.

Third-party links and tools

The site uses or links to third-party services, such as Jobber for service requests and review and social media sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Dino Dax Artificial Intelligence Assistant Terms and DIY Disclaimer

1. Informational purposes only: Dino Dax is an artificial intelligence application powered by third-party LLM technology (Anthropic Claude). Answers generated by Dax are for general residential preventative maintenance and educational purposes only. Dax output DOES NOT constitute professional engineering, official building code inspection, or licensed plumbing/HVAC diagnostic work under Utah law.

2. No warranty and assumption of risk: DIY maintenance steps suggested by Dax (including, without limitation, toilet flappers, drain plunging, air filter replacement, or water heater flushing) are performed AT YOUR OWN RISK. Midab, LLC d/b/a Dino Plumbing & Service Pros makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or safety of AI-generated advice.

3. Emergency and hazard protocols: Dax is not equipped to handle life-safety emergencies. If you suspect a gas leak, carbon monoxide exposure, electrical fire hazard, or major structural water flow, you agree to immediately evacuate the premises, contact municipal emergency services (911) or relevant utility authorities, and contact a licensed professional.

4. Pricing and binding offers: Information provided by Dax regarding repair costs, scheduling timelines, or quotes is non-binding. Official binding estimates require an in-person, written proposal executed by an authorized Dino Plumbing & Service Pros technician.

User content and photo submissions

By uploading photographs, equipment images, or home documentation to My Dino Home or Dino Dax, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are the lawful owner or authorized occupant of the real property; and (ii) you have obtained express permission from any individuals depicted in uploaded images. You grant Midab, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process such images solely to provide app features and home maintenance services.

Account closure and data retention

Upon cancellation or deletion of a My Dino Home account, all personal profile data, property schematics, and uploaded media will be permanently deleted from active servers within thirty (30) days, unless continued retention is required under state tax, legal accounting, or active warranty tracking obligations.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Dino is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. This section does not limit our responsibility for the work we perform or any rights you have that cannot be waived under Utah law.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for losses we incur because of your unlawful use of the website or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the written estimate, invoice or agreement for your job, are the whole agreement about use of the website.

Copyright concerns

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email hello@dinoservicepros.com with a description of the work, where it appears on our site and your contact information, and we will review it promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Washington County, Utah, unless your service agreement says otherwise.
