Dino Den Program Terms

These terms supplement the Dino Den Home Care Membership Agreement.

Signup Home-Care Assessment scope and disclaimer

1. Scope of assessment: The Dino Den Signup Home-Care Assessment is a visual preventative maintenance and safety assessment limited strictly to accessible plumbing and HVAC components. It is designed to identify visible wear, operating condition, and immediate maintenance needs.

2. Exclusions and not a real estate inspection: This assessment is NOT a licensed real estate inspection, structural engineering evaluation, municipal code compliance audit, or insurance appraisal. Systems and areas outside plumbing and HVAC (including electrical, roofing, foundation, framing, environmental, or structural components) are strictly excluded.

3. Home sale use: Assessment reports reflect visual conditions on the date of evaluation only. While you may share this report with prospective home buyers with your written authorization, this report does not guarantee property condition, does not replace statutory seller disclosure obligations, and does not provide third-party warranties to buyers.

Referral and gifted-visit program rules

1. $250 referral gift card program

  • Qualification: Available to active Dino Den members in good standing. To qualify, your referred friend or neighbor must disclose your name at booking and complete a service project resulting in a paid, collected invoice over $5,000 (excluding sales tax and applied discounts).
  • Issuance: The $250 gift card will be issued electronically within 30 days of full invoice collection from the referred customer.
  • Restrictions: Maximum of 10 referral rewards per member per calendar year. Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be retroactively applied to prior referrals or existing household members.

2. Gifted $0 service visit

  • Benefit: Active members receive one (1) $0 Service Visit Voucher per membership year to gift to a friend, family member, or neighbor residing within Washington County or Cedar City, Utah.
  • Coverage: Covers the standard service-visit fee (up to $99 value). Any actual repair labor, parts, or additional diagnostics are billed separately.
  • Restrictions: Valid for non-members only. Limit one gifted visit per receiving address. Unused gifted visits expire at the end of each membership year and do not roll over.
