Your benefits

100+ point home-care assessment

Start with a documented assessment of your home and a clearer picture of what needs attention. It is scheduled as its own appointment after you enroll.

One HVAC tune-up a year

One furnace OR air-conditioning tune-up per year.

Water-heater flush and inspection

Once every 12 months for up to two standard tank water heaters. Tankless descaling and unsafe or corroded tanks are excluded or priced separately.

10% off qualifying work

Members save 10% on qualifying plumbing and HVAC work. Not valid on equipment pass-through pricing, permit fees, after-hours emergency calls, financed projects or sale items.

Priority scheduling

Members get scheduling preference, subject to technician availability. Not a guaranteed emergency response time.

$0 first service visit

Enroll on-site during a service visit and that visit’s fee is $0. Joining online? Your entry benefit is the included home-care assessment.

$29 plumbing diagnostic visits

Future standard plumbing diagnostic visits are $29 ($99 value). Repairs are separate.

$45 HVAC testing

Member HVAC diagnostic and testing charge is $45 (standard is $50).

No emergency surcharge

Emergency surcharges are waived for members.

Enhanced Dino Dax AI access

Up to 100 questions a day to Dino Dax, the AI home helper in My Dino Home (30 a day on free accounts).

Gift a visit

Once each membership year, gift a $0 service visit (up to $99 value) to a friend or neighbor who isn’t a member. Repairs are billed separately.

$250 referral gift card

Refer a friend who mentions your name at booking. When their paid invoice tops $5,000, you get a $250 gift card. Up to 10 a year.

Our 18-month parts-and-labor warranty does not require a paid membership. Applicable warranty terms govern coverage.

Questions

Is this a home warranty?

No. Dino Den is a preventative maintenance and service discount program. It is not insurance or a home warranty. Repairs and replacements are priced separately, and Dino’s 18-month warranty has its own terms.

Is the signup assessment a real-estate inspection?

No. It is a visual preventative maintenance and safety assessment limited to accessible plumbing and HVAC components. It is not a licensed real estate inspection, structural engineering evaluation, municipal code compliance audit or insurance appraisal. Electrical, roofing, foundation, framing, environmental and structural components are excluded.

Can I share my assessment when I sell?

Yes, with your written authorization you may share it with prospective buyers. It reflects visual conditions on the day of the assessment only. It doesn’t guarantee property condition, replace your seller disclosure obligations or provide any warranty to buyers.

Who can join?

Residential single-family homes in our active service areas in Washington County and Cedar City, Utah. Anywhere else in the U.S.? Get the free My Dino Home app and join the Dino Den waitlist for first access when Dino or a trusted local partner can serve your area.

What if I sell my home or move?

If you sell or move within Washington County or Cedar City, give us 10 days’ written notice and your membership can move to your new address or be assigned to your home’s buyer.

Is Dino Club the same thing?

No. Dino Club is our free newsletter. Dino Den is the paid home-care membership. Signing up for the newsletter never enrolls you in a paid plan.

How do renewal and cancellation work?

The first 24 months are the initial term. After that, membership continues month to month at the then-current standard rate until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime with no penalty. If you cancel during the first 24 months, you pay the lesser of the remaining balance or the retail value of the benefits you used. Unused tune-ups and flushes don’t roll over. Full terms are in the membership agreement.
